When Will I Receive My Order?

Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received your package, please email us at sales@rbsco.ca.

We use Canada Post as our postal service, all packages are able to be tracked throughout the entire process, no additional cost.

All tracking information will be sent through SMS or email, as soon as your package enters the system.

 

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

We take great care to package each item. We do our best to make sure that your items will arrive damage free.

We require a signature at every delivery, as our items are highly valuable. We want to ensure that you are getting the items that you are ordering.

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We only ship within Canada using Canada Post as our postal service.

All packages will be shipped out from our warehouse in Central Alberta.

Depending where your package is being shipped to and how many items you have ordered, expect shipping costs to be anywhere between $35.00 - $65.00 CAD.

All of our packages go out on a standard shipping rate.
